By purchasing a class pass or booking a class with Studio Bloom, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Class passes + bookings

Class passes are valid only for yoga classes at Studio Bloom. Class passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased them. Class passes must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Unused classes expire after the validity period and cannot be extended.

All classes must be booked in advance through our wix booking system. Booking a class used one class from your class pass. You are responsible for managing your own bookings via your wix account.

cancellations, no shows + studio cancellations

You may cancel your class up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time through the wix booking system. Late cancellations or no shows will result in the class being forfeited. We are unable to make exceptions for late cancellations.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low attendance, teacher illness or nforseen circumstances. If we cancel a class, your class pass with not be deducted or will be credited back to your account.

All payments are processed securely via wix + stripe. Class passes are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused or expired class passes. Class schedules and teachers are subject to change without notice. These changes don not entitle you to a refund.

Yoga involves physical activity. You participate at your own risk. Please inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class. It is your responsibility to practice within your own limits. We expect all students to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and other students. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may resul in refusal of entry to classes without refund.
