At Studio Bloom, we believe that your practice is sacred. It's a space carved out in time to connect with the subtlest essence of you. And that time should be held with great care. That is why we gather differently. We hold small circles, in 4-8 week series blocks, for women who are looking to move beyond the drop in class nature. This semi-private series allows us to offer profound depth to your practice. Guided with care to offer personal guidance, tailored support and the safety to truely let go and explore your practice.

The Solar Rhythm

It's time to wake the energy body up, to step out of hibernation and build the force within that is aligned with that of the sun. In this series we'll cultivate the energy of vitality, vibrance and joy, build confidence through movement, breath and meditation.

Delicate White Flower

The 90 Minute Immersion

The deep rest you know you need. 90 minutes of pure and uninterrupted nervous system support. Bridging the gap between movement and stillness, blending gentle movement, allowing plenty of space for stillness, guided meditation, and profound rest. 

6 weeks

Water Surface Ripples

The Lunar Shift

The embodiment of lunar energy. In this series we guide you to let go, to ground back into your body and digest the emotions, experiences and information you've been holding onto. It's time to let it all go. To create space, to welcome the new. 

8 weeks

Green Leaf Patterns

The Foundations

An exploration and invitation to build a stable foundation. This series will guide you through physical postures, breath techniques and an introduction to meditation and the energetics of practice. We'll be your pillar of support, while you find steadiness and ease.

While each of our 4-8 week series has a guiding intention, the practices themselves are a living, breathing experience. Guided by the energy of the group, each series is personalised to support the women in the room.

Growing through connection

Request an invitation, by completing out our expression of interest form. This simply tells me a little bit about you, what your body and mind are craving in this current season and the times you are available for. This helps us to suggest the most aligned series for you.

I read every reflection personally. If a mat is available in a series that aligns with your current season, I will send a warm invitation and booking link straight to your inbox. If our circles happen to be full at the time, please know I will still personally reach out to share upcoming series dates, waitlist details, and ways we can stay connected until a space opens up for you.

To preserve the intimacy and safety of our gatherings, Studio Bloom is evolving. As our beautiful community deepens, priority access for upcoming seasonal blocks is lovingly given to our current members and the women they personally refer to the space.

Honouring the Journey

When you commit to a Studio Bloom series, you are honouring yourself, prioritising your nervous system and allowing space for inner growth to bloom. Naturally our offerings ebb and flow with the seasons, each series ranging from 4 to 8 weeks, and varying between 75 minute and 90 minute sessions - the energetic exchange reflects this fluidity and will naturally change with each series. 

Once you have decided to honour yourself through this commitment, please complete our expression of interest form at the bottom of this page. I will then personally guide you towards the series that best support the current season that you are in. Your email invitation will outline all of the beautiful details, including the exact dates of the next available series along with investment, so you'll have all of the information before taking that final leap into a program. 

Your investment goes far beyond your time on the mat, when you show up for yourself, it will continue to trickle out into other areas of your life, allowing you to feel well-rested, confident, grounded + filled with joy. We look forward to meeting you on the mat x
