It is a gentle, guided path back to your own clarity, inspiration, and energy. Over the next seven weeks, we will clear out the "mental clutter" and build a foundation that feels steady and joyful. What we’ll explore together: Every week, you’ll receive a new practice to move through at your own pace. We’ve designed this journey in three intentional stages: ꩜ The Calm Reset (3 x Lunar Hatha Practices): These sessions are all about switching off. We’ll move slowly to soothe your nervous system, melt away stress, and help you feel grounded and stable. ꩜ The Vibrant Renewal (3 x Solar Hatha Practices): Once we’ve found our calm, we’ll begin to build. These practices are designed to help you feel more confident, bright, and full of life. ꩜ The Gentle Realignment (1 x Subtle Fire Hatha Practice): In our final stage, we go a little deeper. This practice helps quiet the outside world so you can tune back into your own gut feeling and intuition. The Result: By the end of these 7 weeks, you won’t just feel like you’ve "done yoga."
